Toffee Crunch Bar Recipe

This toffee crunch bar recipe is so easy and uses just a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter 1 stick
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • saltine crackers
  • chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and brown sugar in a saucepan. Boil for 1 minute.

  2. Make 2 layers of saltine crackers in a pan. I used a 9"x8" pan. You do not need to grease the pan. The butter will do that for you:)

  3. Pour the butter/brown sugar mixture over the saltines. Make sure you cover all the saltines. Bake this at 400F for 5 minutes.

  4. Put the chocolate chips on the top evenly. Bake for another 5 minutes.

  5. Use a knife or a frosting spreader to spread out the chocolate chips. Enjoy!
