
These simple raspberry bars can be made with only 6 basic ingredients and are sure to delight a crowd!
In a large bowl or in a stand mixer, combine the flour, butter, sugar, and 2 of the eggs.
Remove 1 1/2 to 2 cups of the crumbly crust and reserve for the topping.
Add in the last egg to the bottom crust mixture.
Press the crust into a greased or lined 9x13 baking dish
Bake the crust at 350 for 5 minutes.
Remove the crust from the oven and spread the jam over the top.
Sprinkle the crumbly remaining crust micture over the jam. Return to the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
Once the bars are done baking. Remove them from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top. Let the bars cool completely before cutting them.
Cut the bars into 20-30 small pieces and enjoy!
