Cheesecake Chocolate Chip Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Cocoa Powder
  • Mini or regular Chocolate Chips
  • Apples or any kind of your favorite fruit or crackers to dip with!

Instructions

  1. Start by softening the cream cheese. You can do this by leaving it on the counter for a little while or by sticking it in the microwave for a few seconds.
  2. Once softened, add in the brown sugar. After you stir the mixture, let it sit and let the brown sugar "melt" into the cream cheese. It takes about 5 minutes for this. After it blends in, stir well.
  3. Whip in the cocoa powder. You can do this with a spoon or if you prefer a really light and airy dip, you can mix it with the electric hand mixers. If you simply want a chocolate cheesecake dip you can stop here and enjoy!
  4. Otherwise, add in a small hand full of chocolate chips and stir until incorporated.
