Korean Beef Recipe


  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2/3 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 T. sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced.
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger


  1. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
  2. Brown hamburger in a skillet. Drain off the grease, and add the sauce. Allow it to simmer until most of the liquid is gone.
  3. Serve over rice. Top with green onions, if desired.
