Easy White Chicken Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 3 cups cooked chicken
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced green chilis
  • 2 15oz great northern beans canned, drained
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Fry the onion in a saucepan or stockpot with some oil until translucent.

  2. Add in all of other ingredients including the spices. Stir well.

  3. Simmer for about 20 minutes to let the flavor develop.

  4. Serve warm, topped with shredded cheese and sour cream.
