Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger fresh, minced finely
  • 3 tablespoons Peanut Butter or Sunbutter or Almond Butter or any nut or seed butter
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Aminos or soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil use sesame oil if you have it
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablepoon Sugar I use coconut sugar
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a small saucepan and whisk well until creamy and blended.

  2. Heat on low only briefly until just warmed. Do not overcook or the sauce will separate.

  3. Serve over chicken, rice, and veggies. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and chopped green onion.
