Are you ready to have more time and money? Would you benefit from having less stress in your life when it comes to the meals you are serving your family?

Hello friends! A few years ago, I really wanted to start meal planning but I had no idea how to do it. All of the blog posts I read about those perfect weekly meal plans (complete with mouthwatering food pictures!) just frustrated me. I tried meal planning but we never seemed to be able to stick to it and I felt stressed out.

Have you felt the same? Maybe you tried to create a meal plan only to resort back to eating out or just making something totally different than you planned. Perhaps you haven’t even tried meal planning yet and are still stuck in the “What on earth are we eating for supper tonight??” phase.

What if you could learn to effortlessly plan meals for each night of the week AND stick to your plans? What if you could go to the grocery store and know EXACTLY what you need to buy each week so that no food goes to waste? What if you could have more time to spend with your family instead of spending it on deciding on and making meals?

Meal Planning can:

  • Save money on groceries and food waste
  • Save time by knowing what to prep and when
  • Keep you from spending money on eating out on busy days
  • Help make busy days less stressful
  • Stop the “What’s for dinner, Mom?” questions!

Because of my own struggle with this topic, I wanted to create a source of encouragement and advice. Something that would make your life more simple by laying out the options and showing you “how-to”. So I wrote, Meal Planning Made Simple.

Meal Planning Made Simple covers 3 different types of meal planning methods. All you need to do is pick whichever one will work best for you! I will show you how to easily plan your menu, how to plan a non-stressful Baking Day and make the most of it, how to plan meals around the seasons, and much more!

In this ebook, I also cover the most common meal planning challenges and excuses and how to overcome them. After reading the book you won’t be able to find an excuse not to meal plan!

Within the 39 pages of this ebook, not only will you get the instructional ebook Meal Planning Made Simple, but I’ve also created several printable pages that will help you on your meal planning journey! The printables include:

  • Meal Planning Calendars (6 different styles and types!)
  • Baking Day Chart
  • Meal Planning Worksheet
  • Pantry Inventory Page
  • How Long Does It Last? (Freezer printable)
  • What Won’t Freeze

I want you to be successful. I want you to have more time. I want you to waste less money. And that’s why I wrote this ebook for you!
