Simple Homemade Gifts: Brown Sugar Shortbread

Work, school functions or church meetings are a great place to share baked goods during the Holiday season.   If you're not an experienced baker, this Brown Sugar Shortbread recipe is ideal for you.  It is simple recipe and only has 4 ingredients, but still has an indulgent and delicious flavor.

To gift these brown sugar shortbread cookies, pick up some festive cookie cutters from the dollar store or an antique store, and cut out your favorite decorative shapes. Sprinkle with sparkling sugar and wrap in cellophane or a burlap cloth, tied with a ribbon.

Thank you for sharing my recipe! And I love the idea of wrapping in burlap. You can do so much with that fabric!
