Don’t you just love the beautiful colors of summer?
This was actually the first time I’ve made kabobs for my hubby. I had a hard time finding a marinade to make that I could eat and here’s what I finally came up with:
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 T worchestershire sauce
garlic powder for extra taste
Mix that together and then mix in the meat(I used tenderized stew meat) and let it soak for several hours. On my kabobs I used fresh zucchini, squash, and orange bell pepper.
