I'll be posting some recipes over the next couple weeks that I made using this mix. It's a good thing to have in your pantry and it fits just perfectly in a glass gallon jar!
Hot Roll Mix
What you need:
- 20 c. flour
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 t. salt
- 1 c. dry milk
Mix all ingredients together well and put in a container or jar. Will last at least 6-8 months.

That means I will have to eat a gallon of pickles first! LOL
Ok! Now that I have found this, forget my last question! Thanks
How much water or milk do I use when I want to create the rolls?
What kind of & how much liquid do you add to the hot roll mix & how long do you bake it for?
Here are the recipes I have posted so far that use this mix:

Hi,
I stumbled across your site and was going to make the hot dog buns using your hot roll mix, but the recipe is gone. Can you help :} Great site. We are working on getting land next year and hopefully be able to do much more than we can in the rental we are in now. Have a blessed day.
Sorry, the post got deleted when I moved servers and I need to redo it. Keep watching for it, I’ll get it up!
