Easy 3 Ingredient Fruit Salad

I like to keep things simple in my kitchen. Sometimes that means clean ingredients, sometimes it’s basic ingredients, and sometimes it’s very few ingredients.

I started making this 3 Ingredient Fruit Salad earlier this year as a quick and easy way to use up berries and other fruits that needed to be eaten.

I don’t have specific ingredient amounts for this recipe but it’s so easy to make that you don’t really need them!

Ingredients in Simple Fruit Salad

  • Lemon
  • Honey
  • Fruit

Fruits We Like to Use

  • Berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
  • Mandarin Oranges
  • Grapes

Step by Step Instructions for Making 3 Ingredient Fruit Salad

Place all of your fruit in a colander and wash well.

If you have large fruits like grapes, cut those in halves or fourths.

Place all of the fruit in a large bowl. Drizzle with honey. I probably use about 2 tablespoons of honey with about 6 cups of fruit.

Zest one lemon and juice half of the lemon. I use this microplane zester for zesting my citrus. Add into the bowl and mix well.

If you feel like it’s a little too sour, add in a little more honey.

Serve!
