I had a craving for this in the worst way yesterday! Good thing I had everything to make it. This "ice cream" recipe is so simple and it's nice because unlike regular ice cream recipes you don't need fresh cream that can be whipped, you can use frozen.
What you need:
1/2 c. cream
2 eggs( I suggest organic or ones that you know where they came from since you will eat these raw)
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. frozen strawberries
Stick your blender in the freezer for a while before you start this recipe. Blend together the cream, eggs, and sugar first. Then add the strawberries a few at a time. Serve immediately after making.
