Looking for some frugal dinners that you can make with the versatile potato? Here is a list of the best potato dinner recipes to try!

In our home, we love potatoes for meals and side dishes because they are so frugal AND because they are so easy to store! In late fall each year, I place quite a few pounds of our favorites (yukon gold potatoes!) in our root cellar so that way we always have potatoes through the winter.

And in the winter, I’m not sure that there is anything more delicious or comforting than a yummy potato meal!

I’m sure you feel the same way, so I thought I would round up a list of some absolutely delicious potato dinner recipes from right here on Little House Living as well as from other bloggers so that you can always be inspired with your potato meals.

The following recipes contain regular potatoes (russets, golds, reds) and not sweet potatoes. We love those too but that’s another list for another day.
