Every good kitchen needs a good Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe. These cookies have excellent flavor and they need very few ingredients, they are so easy to make! Although maybe I just love them since it’s been so long since I had a real cookie….you better make them and let me know!
Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
What You Need:
- ½ c. softened butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. gluten free all purpose flour
- ⅔ c. sugar (I used turbinado)
- ¾ c. chocolate chips
Soften the butter and cream cheese and blend together. Add in the flour and sugar until well combined. Mix in the chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
If you want a crunchier cookie you can bake these a little longer until they are nice and brown and crunchy. Otherwise cook them for around 20 minutes and they will be nice and soft. You can also freeze these for later snacking. So yummy!
