Decorating on a Budget Part #2

by Merissa on October 5, 2010

Here is some more decorating that I did on a budget.(My other post about wall decorations on a budget is HERE) These decorations are in my bedroom and I did them for my husband for our anniversary.

I found all 3 of these shelves at Shopko on clearance for $11. The frame for the picture was a wedding gift. The flowers are all from our wedding; my bouquet, his corsage, and the flowers from the tables. The 2 little bears I made out of polymer clay(which you can get at Hobby Lobby or Michaels and it goes on sale all the time) Oh and the figurine was something we bought for decor right after we got married, from the dollar store:)

I made this shadow box from a frame I got from Hobby Lobby for 1/2 price. Then I cut hearts out of magazine pictures of flowers(sunflowers, yellow for our wedding colors) I made 2 white flowers and printed our initials on one and our wedding date on another.

Here is the wall that both the decorations are on. Right above and to the right of our bed. All this was done for under $20 and its so meaningful for us!
