25 Easy Healthy Vegetable Side Dishes

We are pretty simple at our home with our side dishes. I mostly like to use basic vegetables and/or fruits and then dress them up just a bit (or not at all!) for the perfect side dish. Vegetables and fruits contain the least amount of calories and higher amounts of healthy vitamins than bread or other carby sides so they always make a great choice.

I thought it would be fun to have a nice list going of some simple vegetable side dishes in case you are in need of some side-dish inspiration for this week.

From roasted Brussels sprouts to air-fried zucchini chips, there’s something for everyone. All of the recipes use simple ingredients, are quick to make, and are packed with flavor and nutrition.

Ready to find some new healthy vegetable side dishes? Let’s dive right in!
