Cheesy Rice Soup (Use pre-made freezer rice)
To make soup use chicken broth, rice, and add in any veggies you have on hand. A few minutes before serving add in cheddar cheese.
Chicken Enchiladas(using leftover chicken from Monday), Spanish Rice (Use premade freezer rice, just add diced tomatoes, garlic salt, and heat together.
Mini Meatloaves, Baked Potatoes
Use your favorite meatloaf recipe but make the meatloaves in a muffin pan instead!
Pizza, Crockpot Peach Cobbler
To make cobbler, simply add a can or jar of diced peaches into the crock pot. Sprinkle the Topping Mix (see below) on top and top that with melted butter. Cook on low until bubbly.
Spaghetti and Meatsauce (Use leftover meatloaves in meatsauce)

- Peach Cobbler Topping Mix (Put 1 c. flour and 1 c. sugar in a jar.)

*Remember that this is just a “skeleton” of a meal plan. Make sure to add in fresh fruits and vegetables that are in season in your area.
Saving Money on Week 1 Meal Plans:
Don’t feel like you have to buy “spaghetti noodles” if you don’t have any. It will taste the same with elbow, penne, or whatever pasta you have on hand!
