Each month contains recipes for every day of the week (plus 2 leftover planned days). Meal Plans contain an overview of all the meals included for this month.
Also included in a printable chart that will help you figure out which days to have which meals. Meals are planned out so you don’t have 2 similar dishes in a row and beef, chicken, meatless dishes are dispersed correctly throughout the month.
Each recipe is written out in the meal plans with what you need and what you need to do. Recipes are simple and use homemade and from scratch ingredients. Most recipes take no longer than 30 minutes to put together.
Also included with each month is a list of the current seasonal fruits and vegetables to help plan other meals, lunches, or snacks around. These will help you make the most of your grocery budget and help you to get the freshest produce available!
And last but not least is the printable grocery shopping list! This list contains the amount of food needed to make all the recipes of the month. It’s created to serve families of 4 so you can easily cut the amounts in half for a family of 2 or double for a family of 8, ect. This makes it easy to do all your grocery shopping in one trip or to be able to purchase your items in bulk!
