Cheap Starbucks Ice Cream and Frappuccino Recipe!

by Merissa on August 31, 2010

There is a new coupon out for Starbucks Ice Cream pints over at Coupons.com HERE(zipcode 90210) good for $1 off 2 pints. These are part of the current sale at Safeway where if you buy 5 participating frozen items they are 1.99 each. After the coupon that makes them only 1.49 each!
Here's the deal:
Starbucks Ice Cream Pints 1.99
(when you buy 5 or more)
$1 off 2 coupon HERE(use 3)
1.49 each after coupons when you buy 6
I like to get these and make my own Frappuccinos at home, it's so simple! Here's my Vanilla Bean recipe.
Vanilla Bean Frappuccino
  • Vanilla Bean Starbucks Ice Cream(use about 1/3 - 1/2 container)
  • Vanilla Extract(about 1 t.)
  • Ice Cubes(about 6-7)
  • Milk(about 1/2 or more)
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until ice cubes are crushed. Each recipe makes about 2 large frappuccino drinks.
I highly suggest printing the Starbucks coupon today as it's the end of the month and it might not be there tomorrow!

Thought you might like my version of a Caramel frappuccino, no starbucks needed but very similar. 1/2 cup cold strong coffee, 3 Tablespoons sugar, 1 cup milk, 2 cups ice, 3 Tablespoons caramel sundae syrup or caramel coffee syrup. In a blender, blend until ice is crushed and smooth. Top with whip cream and a drizzle of caramel sundae syrup. Maked 2 large drinks.
