Crock Pot Stuffed Peppers – Using the Garden Veggies
We are right in the middle of the garden season (or maybe about 2/3 of the way through?) now so your plants should be coming along nicely! It’s time for another great featured recipe with our Using the Garden Veggies series.
This week’s featured veggie is the useful Bell Pepper.
Bell Peppers are one of the most popular peppers to grow since they are extremely mild (almost sweet!) and can be used in a variety of dishes.
Today’s featured recipe comes from Baking Beauty and she’s sharing a yummy Crock Pot Stuffed Peppers dish. Perfect to make in the summer because you won’t even have to turn on the oven!
